Delivery and Returns

CLICK AND COLLECT:

You can now select click and collect service from our shop in the Donegal Craft Village. 

You can select " Click and collect from mc gonigle glass studio" on checkout to avail of free click and collect. 

Please note that our opening times for click and collect are Tuesday to Saturday 10:30am to 5pm. We will email you when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this email before collecting.

 

 SHIPPING DETAILS:

 ORDERS OVER €60 HAVE FREE TRACKED POST TO IRELAND. All other orders within Ireland (excluding northern Ireland) cost €6 to post and will be tracked. 

 We Ship Worldwide. All our orders are prepared and posted from Donegal, Ireland, within the EU. Our currency is EURO and all orders will be processed in Euro

Taxes and Duties: Orders shipping to destinations outside of Ireland may incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed they are due at the time of delivery. Consult your local customs office for more information on your country’s duties and taxes. (this includes the UK). 

 Shipping Times: Most Orders are prepared within 2 working days after payment has been confirmed unless otherwise stated in the product description eg. custom orders that are made to order. 

We prepare orders at the following times: Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:30h. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next business day.

Average Shipping Times by Standard Post: Ireland 2/3 days. UK 4-8 Days*. Europe 7 Days. Outside EU 7days. Registered post is available and full tracking details will be sent to you if you choose that option on checkout. 

No Tracking Available with Standard Shipping. With Registered post, tracking is available and we will email you all corresponding details.

The above times are guidelines and we will always try our best to delivery on time.

 RETURNS:

Do you want to return something? No problem!

Return through your local An Post post office in over 1,000 locations.

Just post us your unwanted/faulty item(standard post if within Ireland is fine) along with your name, product fault/ reason for return, along with a  return address if applicable and we will issue you with a full refund or replacement or fix your piece where possible. The Following conditions apply:

Our refund does not cover your cost to return the item to us (unless the piece is faulty upon its delivery). We will refund the price you purchased the item at along with post charges that may have been applied upon buying the product.

You can return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. (*Our return/return time has now been lengthened until end of January for christmas orders so if you have a piece you would like to exhange/return you can wait until we reopen in January after our christmas holidays to bring it back to us in person if that is easier.)

  • Or if the good is faulty we can send you a replacement to the original delivery address. 
  • If the replacement item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for or for some stock reason we cannot repair your piece, then a refund will be issued instead.
  • We will refund the price you purchased your item at -this includes sale items.
  • In the unlikely event that a refund item is returned to us in an unsuitable/ overworn condition, we may have to send it back to you and issue no refund.
